We called this company for an emergency job and were completely ripped off and taken advantage of. We had water gushing from our home with a 4 day old baby and this company overcharged us more than $4,000 for what we have since been told was an approximately $1,000 job. I am disgusted this company saw us in such a vulnerable position with a newborn, no water and chose to take advantage and capitalize on the situation. Absolutely disgusting.

I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. Over charging, and under delivering with no follow up. They wanted to remove my tiles just to replace a shower mixer. A better plumberdid tje job the next day at half the price and without complaining. In fact, Prestige Plumbing charged me 0in excess of $1200 and did nothing other than complain and promise.

Ripped!! Quoted me $1,300 to replace my shower head. This quote is labour only, I already had the new shower head, and it is a like for like replacement. Absolute rip offs..... They tried so hard to pressure me to accept the job on the spot when I kept saying for them to email me the itemised quote so I can compare. Still haven't received it, I imagine they don't want it on paper...
