Great pool product, Turing our pool into a therapeutic pool with, soft, odourless, and skin-friendly water.
Stupidly left my pool lights on when I drained the spa to clean the calcium build up (CLR and a sharp scraper works better than anything I've tried before - on a tiled pool obviously). Burnt out the perspex cover of the light and was able to source the cover only rather than the whole light fitting which saved $$$. Easy to order, quick delivery. Very happy.

Called them up about buying a robot pool cleaner and their service was impeccable! Fantastic customer service with great advice that was both informative but also really considered real life use cases and clearly explained the pitfalls when I was contemplating getting a pool cover without having the ability to use rollers. Great, good old fashioned service from knowledgeable people, something kinda lost with chain stores
