I recently went online to find a check valve lid for my pool plumbing, I found the cheapest one and contacted Australian pools and products to have a chat about it before buying it. I spoke with Brad and must say how pleasant and professional his phone manner was, he answered all my questions and actually had time for me unlike most people over the phone these days. Very quick and efficient with my order!
Our regular pool shop was not interested in the sale. Went online to Australian Pools and Products P/L. What a difference. Purchased the same product at a much better price (previously from the pool shop) and service was gold. One product went on back order whilst others despatched immediately. Back order was completed without having to follow up continually. A great experience, great product and good to support a business that truly values their customers.
