The team here has always been very helpful whether its helping with paver choices for the area and giving advice on area and thickness requirements, they have always been very helpful and easy to deal with through multiple dealings.
I’m very disappointed with the service. They scheduled my delivery for Friday but failed to deliver and didn’t inform me of any delays or issues. When I called on Saturday to follow up, they were unsure about my order and had to check their records. This was very unprofessional. Although they don’t deliver on Saturdays, the mistake was entirely theirs and should have been communicated earlier.
I’m an IT guy with zero experience building garden bed walls, but thanks to Nathan’s expert advice, I ended up with a perfectly straight and level wall. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know, from choosing the right materials to proper installation techniques. The quality of the bricks and pavers was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable supplier who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend them!
Found this store amazing staff are friendly and extremely helpful with selecting the best product, definitely will be recommending them to family and friends and returning for my next project.
