John and Leni are amazing. We'll definitely be returning! Mum and I popped in around 1 to 2 weeks ago with a 14ct gold ring, as the opal had unfortunately cracked (purchased from another store). They were extremely helpful, helped me pick out a beautiful new stone, and used their connections to have it reset into the ring. We felt genuinely valued/cared for as customers.
