Hi I have been trying to contact this company to chase my order which i ordered 4 weeks ago and they said 3 days When you phone there number you are prompted to press 1 and then the same prompt. you receive a text then and then NOTHING again Is this company a scam ???? If Not it would be nice for them to at least acknowlege you have spent money with them I Hope to hear from them , if they bother to read the reviews
I paid $125.81 on 22 Aug 2025 for a gear shift knob (Invoice N224911). They took my money instantly and never delivered. Weeks of chasing produced only empty excuses, no tracking number, and no refund. In my view, this is dishonest conduct — they take payment and fail to supply. I’ve lodged a chargeback with my bank and reported them to Fair Trading VIC and the ACCC. Avoid this company at all costs. They will waste your time and take your money.
