After limping my AOR Matrix onto the spirit of Tasmania with destroyed brakes and into Melbourne ( I had to make the sail date ) my chosen repairer in Melbourne had issues getting the parts . After 3 days of delays I took it upon myself to source the parts required to get me home to make a critical doctors appointment. We took our 2012 Quantum to AOR for major repairs and upgrades, traveling 18 hours each way from Victoria to Caloundra. We booked months in advance and confirmed everything (except the paint/wrap) would be completed. However, upon drop-off, the service manager said they likely wouldn’t finish in a week—something they could have told us weeks earlier and saved us the trip. We are onto our second AOR van and we’re thinking of upgrading to another one in the next year or so. AOR provide great after sales service That’s one of the reasons why we stick with them.

Our AOR Matrix PT is our 4th camper and we have done 30,000 km including many remote area trips. We have some scares and had some scrapes but no problems. After sales support and the AOR community support is first class. We wanted to travel the outback and have minimum dust and a strong van that wouldn't rattle itself to bits. Our Matrix has given us exactly that.
