This was my second AOR purchase and will be my last . My awning was damaged in a storm so I contacted AOR for a quote to supply and fit a brand new one . This all has to be done via their slow and complicated “ portal “ , that most old blokes like me struggle with . Whatever happened to the old days where you could just talk to someone on the phone or take your van in for a quote . After Sales service is non-existent. First item broke after 2 days. made a request for repair after 6 months with a few items. Took 3 months to get a reply, which was "do you want these fixed". BMS system has totally failed. response "ring Redarc"
After limping my AOR Matrix onto the spirit of Tasmania with destroyed brakes and into Melbourne ( I had to make the sail date ) my chosen repairer in Melbourne had issues getting the parts . After 3 days of delays I took it upon myself to source the parts required to get me home to make a critical doctors appointment.
