Amazing customer service and incredible knowledge! Leo was fantastic at help me choose the right plants for my garden, explaining what they need and what they would look like in the future. Had a question so I called (they said manager will reply, never did) and I emailed. No return reply to email either. Read reviews here and took the advice to contact the Terrey Hills store, who answered our question within 1 hour and got the order out within 24 hours. Nuff said.
Call to quote two couple cubes garden six and vege mix to top up my garden, a young guy seems know nothing about their popular product, ask me on hold to check with others more than 10minute. Their compost is better than the thing I bought from flower power, less stinky, a lot of cow poop, more easy to dilute and treat with sulphur, more aerated. I need to treat the former with a month of work to plant anything in it, the latter only spent me three days. But still, I am not sure about their filtering system, they all come with a lot of plastic rubbish, like huge amounts, I picked one rubbish bin of these rubbish for every cubic meter of compost. Hope they keep the quality and improve that
