Ben from north Ryde thanks mate Absolutely ridiculous service. I came in needing around 20 large river pebbles (250mm), which is barely half a tonne, and was told I couldn’t buy them unless I had a suitable vehicle to be loaded. Apparently, if I don’t have a “loadable” vehicle, you won’t sell to me at all. So now I’m expected to hire a Ute just to buy a few stones? That’s complete nonsense. I was ready to pay and just collect the 20 stones myself. What a joke of a policy.
Good experience from start to finish
I ordered Nitro topdress for the lawn. Came full of stones. No customer service to retictify the poor quality. Would not recommend using them. I was told to send an email - with no response. Folowed up on their website no reponse
Bruce was amazing; supportive, knowledgeable and very prompt in responding.
