I can’t speak high enough of Adam at Australian Mower Supplies. I went in to gain product knowledge prior to purchasing a significant amount of equipment for a business expansion. Adam spent 1.5 hours with me discussing specs and models to ensure that I was purchasing exactly what my business required. He was very patient and helpful. 5 star service. Very helpful staff. Good stock of spares, have used them for years and they have never let down.
Went in to buy parts for my whipper snipper, first guy that served me wasn’t interested in helping me learn to wind on the trimmer line. Lucky Adam was close by and helped me understand how to wind the line on properly. Even let me video him wind on the line. If it wasn’t for Adam, i would’ve walked out and never gone back. Can’t recommend him highly enough. His smile, service and communication with customers is worth more than a 10 star rating. Thanks heaps Adam. I will be coming back thanks to you. 😀
Amazing customer service. Keith service my old mover it came back as new. He went above and beyond, replace parts that were missing, new blades and over all service. I didn’t even recognise my own mower. It looks so good. Very affordable price too. Thanks Keith 😊
