Would give minus 5 if possible. Very combative and difficult to deal with right from the start and over an extended period, 6 months plus to try and solve a relatively minor issue with a manual wheelchair. Excuse after excuse, blaming others for their problems and huge lack of communication or understanding of desperate need for some sort of resolution. As an OT, I have had great experience with the wheelchair technician, Lee Brennan. He has excellent knowledge and communication and goes above and beyond.
I’m currently visiting Perth on a holiday and I needed some quick maintenance done on my wheelchair to prevent an accident so I came to this store. I received excellent customer service, they were very friendly and very helpful. Exceeded our expectations and was an absolute pleasure to visit. Thank you so much, you’ve made my day ☺️
