The Doctors, Dieticians and other trained professional are all very good. However, the administrative staff like Angel, Razel, Blanche are all the family owners of the business and just don't care. The Doctor had done two referrals for test which are serious, but the administration staff couldn't be bothered to send through the referrals and now my health is at risk. No wonder they like many companies have had to change their name as potential lawsuits will be pending of that, I am sure. Roberta Fell

This service is highly unethical. I was not told when I contacted them that it was a subscription based service. This was not explained. I waited for days for an appointment suffering from side effects of current medication. I met with the Dr and she told me she would write a prescription and order a blood test. I asked for advice on supplements and she told me this would be provided as part of my package by nutritionists and dieticians. This was when I first realised I needed to subscribe.
