Christian managed and took total care of a rebuild that I had to do due to Council guild lines. The previous builder mad a mess of the whole build and I wasn't aware of all the incorrect issues. When I contacted Christian he assessed the whole suituation and assured me that he could fix it which took my stress awsy and calmed me down. He spoke and liaisoned with Council on my behalf and rebuilted the extension with the approval of Council. I couldn't of managed my way through it all if Christian wasn't there.
