Awful experience. Bought through a Landscaping supplier who use these guys. Attempted to lay our Zoysia within an hour of it being delivered but it was so dry and falling to pieces that a huge portion was unusable and half of the rest needed to be trimmed down to use - corners missing, holes at the edge etc. We had a few pieces that were cut massively short, 1 piece was yellow and completely dead. Order to delivery was quick and the lawn quality was exceptional. Very happy with the result.
Great communication, advise and follow up regrading how it was progressing and advice on how to maintain the grass. So far everything is looking great.
Purchased 70 rolls of Buffalo couch from ALC. Turf was laid on the day of delivery but failed to fully establish. 1st photo shows ALC turf with some patches growing while others died. Raised a complaint, they told me that there wasn't enough underlay and the area was too shady which was an inaccurate assessment. Replaced the turf from another supplier at our own cost (2nd photo) and it is doing very well. Replacement turf was laid on same underlay in same conditions.
