Great customer service. They were quite accurate with their ETA for my smith machine attachment and dispatched it very quickly. Delivery was smooth with no hiccups.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Gym and Fitness! A huge thank you to Johnathan for his amazing customer support. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. It is rare to receive such attentive and personal service these days, and Johnathan made the entire process easy and stress-free. He is a real credit to the company. I would happily recommend Gym and Fitness to anyone!
Hi Team, I would like to say a big thank you, Dan was amazing in the store and Mitch over the phone was amazing as well. Thanks. Guy you are amazing and I will see you... read more
Recently purchased a Force USA FID Bench from Gym and Fitness and couldn't be happier with the experience. Mark was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchase process. I had a minor issue with the t nut in the backrest, however Dan and Mark went above and beyond to resolve it. They responded immediately and had a replacement backrest sent out the very next day, making the process completely hassle-free. The customer service was outstanding, the equipment quality is excellent, and it's clear they genuinely care... read more
Ordered a Force USA C20, one tiny part didn't fit so couldn't finish the build, got sent a spare in less than a week. Happy with the machine and the service.
