Hi Team, I would like to say a big thank you, Dan was amazing in the store and Mitch over the phone was amazing as well. Bought the force C10 with force sliding bench, 100kg of weights, 1-20kg dumbbell rack and a couple of bars and attachments. Recently purchased a Force USA FID Bench from Gym and Fitness and couldn't be happier with the experience. Mark was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchase process. I had a minor issue with the t nut in the backrest, however Dan and Mark went above and beyond to resolve it. They responded immediately and had a replacement backrest sent out the very next day, making the process completely hassle-free. Ordered a Force USA C20, one tiny part didn't fit so couldn't finish the build, got sent a spare in less than a week. Happy with the machine and the service.
Highly recommend Dan & the team at Gym and Fitness. After doing an embarrassing amount of online research for a new weighted vest, Gym & Fitness had the best deal by a country mile. So much so I drove 90 mins each way to make sure it was correct and snatch up the deal. Sadly, wholly and solely due to a manufacturing fault, the vest very quickly broke down.
