Tried to make contact several times via the website/email option with no reply. Managed to get someone on the phone last week and organised for them to come out in a week's time. No return phone calls, no emails, no contact at all - just a no show. What a business 👍
I had Australian Fitness Servicing come out to do Diagnostics on my treadmill and the technician was arrogant and dismissive towards our living situation (Working from Home due to housemate having a high risk condition) and the technician had the gaul to hand out conspiracy theorist/anti vaxxer paperwork he had in his car. I do not accept this sort of dangerous behaviour and I am appalled his workplace allows him to hand out this "critical thinking". Great people, nice to deal with on arrival. However, I found that once the machine was built, there was no difference between the resistance levels. When asked to return to assess the machine, no attempt was made to come back. I've now got to wait 4 weeks for the other company's technician to come out and see whether the machine has a fault or whether it's a simple fix. Surely a quick re-assessment of the machine on the day it was put together could have helped?
Installed Treadmill and exercise bike. Nice people, Good job (In very hot conditions) Recommended !!
