It’s a shame 1 star is the lowest you can leave. The most rude & disrespectful experience I have ever had, which I wouldn’t expect from a selling agent who’s supposed to make your money feel welcome. Constantly lied to, disrespected & over spoken when dealing with Robert and because of this I will never purchase a property listed with him even if it is magnificent. Tim wins the awards for worst real estate I have ever dealt with. Constant lies and is incapable of providing any reasonable level of service, especially if you’re a renter. Avoid, avoid, AVOID
We tried to contact AFR a few years ago in regards to purchasing some land for sale. I called numerous times & left many messages over about a month & then gave up, as no one ever got back to me about the land (There were multiple blocks to choose from, so it was pure laziness on their end).... Fast forward a few extra years, & looking into renting a house, yet they will not allow you to have an inspection, unless you have done their tenancy application for that property first. They threatened to take legal action for leaving a negative review! I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service while this company managed my property. I paid for services that were simply not delivered.
