Dr. Bachar and Gizelle are absolutely amazing – I truly value their service and care. The reception team is always friendly, and I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years. Today, I had a 12:00pm appointment but noticed that someone who arrived at 12:10 was taken in before me. It would be really helpful if the clinic could give a quick courtesy call when patients running late are still expected, so those of us arriving on time don’t feel rushed or overlooked.
