Dr Dougherty is the best doctor I've ever seen very thorough and understanding.
After waiting weeks just to find out the cost of my procedure, I had my appointment cancelled same day due to understaffing, resulting in a loss of income with little empathy from the receptionist. It’s the business’ responsibility to staff the clinic appropriately, very disappointed in the service I’ve received. Additionally, staff should be aware of procedure and appointment fees and should be able to confidently communicate that to patients.
Dr Doughty was professional and thorough in his assessment of the symptoms I came in with today. I felt heard and would recommend him to others. As someone with chronic health issues this is not always the case.
