The doctor and staff are friendly and helpful.
Bad experience today, was sent a text telling me to reschedule as the doctor would be away. Called and rescheduled for 9am Monday. When the call didn't come, I called and was told that there was never a rescheduled telehealth. They tried to fit me in but we constantly missed each other's calls due to me being at work as well. Moving to a new doctor today as I don't want this happening again.
Always good and friendly
Was told I had to chase up records from my old doctor. Old doctor informed me they were supposed to provide a release form. Now I'm trying to call them at 1pm on a Thursday and it's saying they are closed. Free healthcare in this country is actually a joke.
