would never buy anything from these guys, very poor quality builds so many problems like water leaks ect
This is a very bad company, be carful don’t deal with them . We have had very bad experience with them. They owe us money and they think they can get away with it by declaring bankruptcy. God is great and will catch up with them if the law doesn’t . Someone who knows them should spread their names in case they start operating in a different name company
This company does not Pay their Contractors or communicate. Legal action is required to get your money. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. All current trades on site have not been paid any new ones have been informed. They also build under the name Pier Constructions pty ltd.
In the process of purchasing an ADC unit built by 6-14 Wells Rd Developments. Been trying to resolve multiple issues with the Unit, no resolution in weeks, settlement is only days away. Very serious matter not to receive what I believed I was paying for. Watch this space.
