Had a great experience with Australian crash repairs. Had an accident a couple of days before Christmas and took vehicle to them to get quote etc to claim on insurance As it was half a business day left until Christmas break the team noticed my car was not roadworthy as front right headlight was damaged. Then on the spot said give us one hour and we can replace the light so you can drive over Christmas. Poor client service, a guy ( I assume a manager??, he didn’t even introduce himself), came out from the back of the office talking loudly and sending me to another garages saying that they were too busy to receive private jobs and he didn’t even listen what I had to say. He didn’t provide with advise and of course didn’t have a look at my car. I consider this very rude so I do not recommend this garage.
