My father had an Optic nerve tear and we were told, give it a week to see if gets worse. I suggested to my father to visit immediately the Eye and ear hospital and the next day my father went in for surgery. Shame of you - ACO eye health Carlton!

Graeme MACKENZIE is a great optometristI am glad to recommend people who have serious eye problems booking him, a bit patient to wait in the queue. He will look after you with his expertise over 40 years practice in optometry. 🤞 He is a great mentor for the young people too while he supported them doing their placement. I’m glad to get the opportunity to under his professional care over years.

i get the sense that I am dealing with health professionals here, rather than spectacles-salespersons. I regret having a dreadful memory for names, because I'd love to give a specific shout-out to the senior optometrist who convinced me, with good humour, that 'dry eyes' was a thing worth paying attention to (if it was called something-or-other-itis, on the other hand, I would have taken it much more seriously from the start), and also the optician (?) who explained things clearly and obviously knew what they were doing whil... read more
