What a great experience. Booked via my RACV home claim, Nathan arrived on the first day to check everything over. Not only was he early, he was absolutely lovely, he got in to check the job, listened to my explanation and explained everything clearly. Back to do the job a week or so later, Nathan again, on time, great job and also had suggestions for me about the things I had commented on in the previous visit, totally unexpected, great suggestions, if only ALL tradies were nice, professional and good at their jobs!
