Technician arrived to assess a lightened carpet patch and stayed about 10 minutes, spraying and cleaning the area. I was told the stain wasn’t bleach or stain-related and couldn’t be dyed as it was just a clean spot on dirty carpet. In hindsight, simple pre-visit questions about the carpet material or a close-up photo could have determined that ahead of time. We moved into a rental property where the carpets were just trashed. It was so feral that I honestly thought Rob from Australian Carpet Dyeing would turn up and look at it and say there was nothing he could do and go home again. Rob worked SO HARD! A mammoth effort and the carpet was restored. I’m blown away by what he managed to do. Thank you!!! Would 100% recommend.
Very disappointing, I had my carpets dyed. color was hardly noticeable, and new bleach spots came up after the treatment which were not there before and got worse over 2 months after the treatment ( even without any sun exposure) which was the main issue. I asked Robert if he could please see what can be done which he did but the effort was poor as he only sprayed some dye in the areas that showed up spots which didn't cover up anything.
