I had a very disappointing experience with the staff after signing my purchase contract. I asked a simple, straightforward question about my contract, and instead of getting a clear answer, I was met with rude attitudes and unhelpful responses. The staff seemed either unwilling or unable to explain basic details, and their tone made it feel like I was an inconvenience for even asking. Call into these people on our way to holidays. They all were amazing to deal with, nothing was any trouble for them to help us. Even when we reached our destination we had trouble with some beeping noise and wasn’t sure what was happening, we rang them and they sorted it out for us straight away.
