We have been on the road for a week in our Supreme Classic Tourer. I had a very disappointing experience with the staff after signing my purchase contract. I asked a simple, straightforward question about my contract, and instead of getting a clear answer, I was met with rude attitudes and unhelpful responses. The staff seemed either unwilling or unable to explain basic details, and their tone made it feel like I was an inconvenience for even asking.
