I recently had some warranty work carried out on my Supreme Classic Tourer at the Australian Caravan Centre in Heatherbrae, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Not a 5 star experience referencing previous 1 star experiences from as far back as 4 years ago nothing has changed minor damage and dirty interior presented at our first handover booking. Stay tuned for a second up date as we have a booking for our second handover in just a few days hopefully the van is presented properly this time service still leaves a lot of room for improvement from management.
Leaving a negative review because titanium transport Group has sit in the right lane the entire way through peak out traffic with four caravans on the back of the truck. I do not think that is okay to transport four caravans and sit in the right lane the entire time blocking traffic. Let alone two trucks blocking every car trying to get home in peak out can’t find the number for titanium transport so you guys cop it

We bought our Supreme Classic Tourer from Australian Caravan Centre, Heatherbrae in 2022 after looking at a lot of brands of caravans. Our choice was based on many factors including the product, the reputation of the company and the after sales service. We have not been disappointed in any of these!
