We had been looking for caravans for 2 to 3 years as we planned for our retirement, and the "Big Lap" adventure. On our various trips we would continually find ourselves in Childers (usually when the dealership was closed), peering through the fence at vans. Finally, one day in mid-January we called in when they were open. Our caravan door handle/lock decided to self destruct as we arrived at Childers. Spoke to Michelle who was very helpful and they had a replacement. Jeremy helped us fit the new handle/lock. We were extremely happy with their quick service and we were able to resume our travels safely. Highly recommend.
We ordered our 2025 Supreme Executive at the Mackay Caravan and camping show. It was a special build (not of the shelf), from the moment we spoke with the team at the show, we knew we were dealing with a professional company. Originally was scheduled to be completed in late October, but due to our circumstances we asked if there was any way they could bring the build forward.
