We recently purchased a Supreme Spirit Slide Out from Supreme Caravan Craigieburn and could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. Chantelle patiently handled all our questions (and we asked a lot!) while also mentoring a new staff member. She gave us so many options of what we could do, which made us feel really supported. Needed help after our Supreme got smashed in a storm, cracking the wall and leaking inside, local expert booked up for 10 months, I rang Australian Caravan Centre where we bought the van, send photos to Daniel and Stephen, they were immediately can do and booked us in.... now 5 weeks later whaahoo our van is back. The staff at Craigieburn are not short of amazing and I can be very critical when it comes to customer service, the Board should feel very proud and confident in their business plan due to the people you have representing your brand.
