Steve and his team exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. Steve attended our property within hours of sending our first email and within a week the roof repairs were completed. Steve kindly made extra repairs on the go which were outside of the agreed scope. He certainly went over and above. An absolute pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend his roof repairs.
I highly recommend Steve from APBM. He assessed my leaking roof problem thoroughly and provided excellent advice and a suitable method to fix the problem. He scheduled the repairs very quickly and did an absolutely first class job. His expertise and method of explaining the issues, along with photos, is very helpful and alleviates any concerns. Also his price was very reasonable considering the excellent quality of his work. I have recommended him to family and friends without hesitation.
Steve's prompt response, assessment and repair of my roof after the recent heavy winds, was 5 star quality. He followed up my query, showed up on time, sourced replacements and repaired the issue before further damage could occur. Reliable, competent, efficient and professional. Would absolutely recommend Steve!
Steve and his team did some roofing works for our rental property. As we lived far away we weren’t able to attend and inspect the works. However, Steve kept us fully updated, continually communicated and provided photos during and after completing the works. The work was undertaken quickly and to a high standard. We were very happy with Steve’s work and would highly recommend him.
Steve and his team were fantastic to deal with . On time /professional/workman ship . Providing photos of what the issues were and progress on repairs . You knew what was happening every step of the way !! Well done guys would highly recomend
