They failed to provide a fair adjudication under the Act (amongst many other things, they accepted an incomplete application for review and failed to ensure that duly submitted items were attached to the submission). The Director is condescending, assuming that homeowners who get caught up in this unfair process can afford to lose nearly $100k. The level of disregard is astonishing - it is unbelievable that this business is allowed by Fair Trading to provide a service. They are actively harming people with impunity.
DO NOT use ABCDRS for adjudication or adjudication training Their training and processes are totally substandard and amateurish and they are anti-competitive and dishonest in their dealings with you.
If you're looking for justice you will not find it here. Adjudication is an unfair process with multiple rules without any significance which will lead to an unfair decision. Powerful and wealthy companies will always win against small businesses and common people because they know how to turn things around in their favor. Where is justice??
