Very disappointed with the customer service at Australian Boots.I purchased an item just one week ago, only to find out that the size was not right and I needed to exchange it.Despite the purchase being so recent,I was told that the exchange was not possible. Really happy with my first visit! I ordered boots online for pickup, expecting it to take a day or two for them to be ready—but I got an email literally five minutes later letting me know they were ready for pickup. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member as I walked through the door and got my order with no issues. I don’t know if I’ve ever had such a seamless experience before ordering an item for in-store pickup. Thanks! :)
Great service
Few days ago , I got a pair of boots from this location and I think this was my best experience ever from a customer service perspective! Roma was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient! This is my Blundstone store !
Josh(great name) was awesome. I thought I knew my fit and he still took time to try on 3 different sizes with me and I came away with a better looking/fitting/feeling RM Williams boot. Head in for some people who really know what they’re talking about with Aussie boots!
