So disappointed. I went in to try Blundstones for the first time. Spent time with an associate and tired on several boots. Was guided on how they should feel, loose and with heel lifting and that with wear, they will be perfect. I was given a size to order as the last set of boots they had in stock had a flaw. I did as I was told, wore the boots for several days and they just got loose and ended up being like clown shoes. I am unable to return and now have useless boots that cost $300 sitting there. PSA Cleaning/conditioning services you need to call ahead in advance. Don’t do what I did and show up after driving 30 mins one way in traffic during business hours with 3 pairs. First you’ll be told that they’re full - not that they don’t have the time but they don’t have the storage, then it’ll change to they can only take one pair. I left the pair I’d worn to my grandfather’s funeral 7 days before since the other 2 I had already cleaned myself. I have purchased many Bundstones for myself, family and gifts over the years. The quality of the heel and sole have declined significantly over the years. I recently brought in 2 pairs of boots that have soles that are compromised.(one right foot and one left each pair). The uppers are in fabulous shape S the boots don't experience significant use. I had an excellent experience this past Saturday at Blundstone’s Yonge St. location. I went in intending to try on a pair of boots to see how they fit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried on several pairs and they were very patient with me. I couldn’t make a decision and ending up purchasing 2 pairs. There was no pressure to buy. It is a welcoming store and it’s obvious the staff enjoy working there.
