I had an excellent experience this past Saturday at Blundstone’s Yonge St. location. I went in intending to try on a pair of boots to see how they fit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried on several pairs and they were very patient with me. I couldn’t make a decision and ending up purchasing 2 pairs. There was no pressure to buy. It is a welcoming store and it’s obvious the staff enjoy working there.
Awesome customer service. So happy I went to the store and not a third party. The staff here are so knowledgeable and kind. I will be back getting the Thermal Blundstones! Thank you to all the staff: Sage, Shani and Ashley
I am leaving another review as I went back the following day with my son and husband. This time I had the privilege to receive outstanding customer service from Joshua. Since it was their first time purchasing blundstone boots he took the time to assess which style and fit would be appropriate for their needs and lifestyle. He made great suggestions and we ended up purchasing three pairs of boots. We appreciate not feeling rushed although we arrived close to your closing time. Thank you for being so helpful and welcoming.
What a wonderful first time experience! Ashley was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer care. She went above and beyond to find the proper boot for my son. Since they did not have his size in stock she arranged for the boots to be shipped from Vancouver. I also wanted to acknowledge Sage, Katie and Vivian.
