Katie is very friendly and supportive during my first experience with blundstone, she patiently helped me find the right size and type of boot I needed for Toronto. Will be making a purchase because of the experience.
This is related to the Yonge St location. Purchased my first pair of Blundstones from the Queen St location yesterday. I had a feeling at the time that they were too big but they didn’t have a size 11 in stock. The very next day I went to the Yonge location to exchange for an 11. They wanted to charge me $50 because I had worn them. Again, this is the very next day and I only wore them briefly to try on at home and around the block then put them back in the box. I had a great experience today at the Australian Boot Company on Yonge Street in Toronto. I was helped by Ashley, who was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, but also really easygoing so I never felt any pressure whatsoever. She gave me great advice and I walked out of there with a pair of boots that I think I love. Plus, there are complimentary cleanings twice a year.
