Continually not responding to emails. Requested work in August and after hounding them for a quote they eventually did in September. I then agreed to go ahead with the work however again got no response. Come October I sent another email to which they replied that the work could not start until next year (to sand a 40m2 deck which takes 1 day). I then agreed and asked for a date and as you guessed again no reply. The communication is very poor and I rarely write a bad review, my first 1 star review.
Thanks to Chris and Logan for doing a fantastic job of restoring our deck. They were both very professional and the deck looks amazing now. Thanks again.
