I booked from an ad on Facebook for hifu which made all kinds of claims. It also claimed to be a $2000 treatment, which is nonsense but for the lower price, OK. Arriving at the clinic at it was locked and it looked like it was closed down with stickers on the windows. I had the treatment, essentially a $200 facial. They forced me to pre-paid for a fat Freeze treatment, my booking was cancelled couple times and when I tried to make a booking, they were uncontactable. I called multiple times to make a booking i got a text message advising that their therapist is very sick short of stuffs. They have rebook in 4 weeks. I requested refund nobody will contact me. I never will recommend this place to anyone - awful!!!!

I am really disappointed with the service provided at this establishment. I wouldn't recommend going here for treatments. It's very unrelaxing and uninviting. The shop is cold with pumping music on. I paid a lot of money for chemical face peel expecting incredible results which i was assured I would get and I didn't. Not much help with post treatment products to use either. Absolutely disgusting place. On the form that i had to fill up, two of the questions were “do you believe in god?” and “rank how important these values are” and god was one of the values. obviously, this is unnecessary for a skin treatment. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked them what it had to do with the treatment and they avoided the question and said I didn’t have to answer them. Hi. I had the best experience with my lady from india. Really good. Great results. Unfortunately last time I went I had to fill in an unexpected form about my beliefs and my my religion. I asked the girl "what does that have to do with facial treatment ". Wow...God plays a part in our skin. So what's he doing about the children women in Ukraine? Not going back now
