Avoid this company at all costs. On moving in we had no orientation to the building, how to navigate our way around a confusing car park, use of garbage disposal and use of the intercom system. When collecting keys for the rental, they weren’t in the office at the prearranged time. When trying to contact them, it rang out and eventually got through and sounded like Dylan had been sleeping. Wasted an afternoon. The property was disgustingly dirty when we got the keys so couldn’t move in over the weekend or the time we had taken off work as it needed to be cleaned (by ourselves).
