I ordered a towbar and wiring kit from this company. Their website indicated a 3 to 5 day delivery time. Fair enough. 8 days later, I finally get an email update, it will be a further 12 to 14 days. Ok. 3 weeks after placing my order, I get another email stating my order cannot be delivered to a residential address and they requested I have it delivered elsewhere.
