Absolutely appalling service – avoid this business. I contacted this company multiple times (via their website form, live chat, and attempted phone calls) over a full seven days before their advertised sale ended. I received no response until after the sale had concluded. By the time they finally got back to me, the item I was interested in had reverted to full price. I was really pleased with the service I got from AT&P. My order of a wiring loom was processed and dispatched the same day. When I had a query about the parts I'd ordered their customer service got back to me promptly and solved my problem. Will be using again.
Australia Towbars & Performance are my first and only choice. Nothing is an issue, lots of communication answering questions with fitment and functionality. They have installed Westfalia Towers on three cars for me and will be the installer for any new cars in the future. After not needing to contact them for 18 months, emailed a question about a lost dust cap and had the answer on the same day and it will be sent to me the next business day. Can't beat the attentiveness and effort to sort it out.
Have used these guys to fit multiple towbars to my VWs. Do a great job and will make an effort to work to your schedule. Highly recommend.
