Absolutely ridiculous, ALWAYS NO ATTEMPT MADE, No doors knocked and immediately updates that no attendance and wants us to be dragged to office for no reason, which if fall in public holiday you keep waiting another day for the thing you paid express post ?..... worst service

Driver didn't even attempt delivery, I know I was home all day. Driver left a card to pick up the parcel from my local post office. I went the same day, it was never taken there, driver took it to the Bentley DC.
No text no call, no card, status of my parcel changed from arrived at facility to awaiting collection within 2 minutes, they didn't even try to come and deliver it, waited all day for this parcel, customer service said I need to put business name in on my address, while I have been using the same address for past weeks for all my online shopping to my own office and they never failed once to delivered it, it is absolutely a drag to try to cover the laziness, this post office 25 minutes away from my home and nobody is allow t... read more
