This place NEVER leaves milk for your tea or coffee despite being pre advised that milk is required. Their reception opens at 10 AM and the duty manager cannot get into the office till 10!! It This a joke or is service going down the the rock bottom level. This is not the first time it has happened. It happens each and every time. My office requests it for our driver and this time for me but these guys promise and then forget. Wow. The owners it seems try to save money by not putting milk in your room a minimim requirement.
The rooms are spacious for a over night stay, but seriously get some new beds lounges etc.. Give the rooms a vamp, my bathroom had an unusual smell, discovered stail piss in the toilet, wasn't flushed,, inject some $ back into the place and your booking with increase..
I forgot the name of the Australian lady who checked us in. But she helped me and I appreciate it. The place is really nice and clean. Spacious. I have stayed here before and would recommend others to visit this place. Over all good clean place to stay.
Very clean but dated. WiFi was not available, I went and asked for a different room that could access WiFi and was refused and told the room has WiFi... the connection said 'Connected without internet' so I had to hot spot my phone. Cold tap in the bathroom didn't work. Nice location
