I huge THANKYOU to Susie from Australia Park Motel for sorting 'my problem' with absolutely NO fuss. I'd had a mix up in communication re a room I had booked, which I'd then cancelled ....but I was then charged for the room on the date of the original booking . Susie immediately understood my problem, and monies were refunded immediately. Brilliant Susie, you've restored my faith!!!!

This place was honestly pretty gross. The bathroom had dead flies and spiders in it. The shower wasn’t very clean and had other people’s hairs in it, and you couldn’t really choose to just have a shower because it was one of those bath–shower combos. The bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied from the previous guest. The towels were stained or dirty. I wasn’t sure. The bed was uncomfortable, although it at least seemed clean.
