Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! The team at APT Australian Pacific Trailers went above and beyond — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted when I purchased my trailer. When I later went back to have a trailer attachment fitted, the process was just as smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and customer care is second to none. I would highly recommend APT to anyone looking for quality trailers and exceptional service!
Edit: Original review below. Unfortunatley after 18 months my near new trailer looked more like a 10 year old trailer. The paint used was of poor quality and quickly faded and perished, leaving the steel exposed to the elements. At the 2 year mark accelerated rust had set in to significant portions of the trailer and I now need to invest a considerable amount of time/effort & expense to repair and respray. Don't buy here they just make up prices on accessories. Upgraded jockey wheel and charged an additional $80, no credit for one that came with trailer. Overcharged for coupling lock. Spoke to owner, not interested poor attitude. Buy somewhere else.
No fuss, well sorted business and know their stuff. They had the trailer I wanted in stock, money was paid and rego sorted all in about half an hour! Great to deal with. The trailer is good quality and competitively priced.
