Well that stopped me!! As I am a "kiwi" (New Zealander) living in Peoria, AZ I was delighted to find a travel agency which specializes in Aussie and N.Z travel. I was prepared to go to Scottsdale and see if this agency could arrange a round trip to both OZ and NZ for me, but decided it was not an agency I would feel comfortable with when I read the review written by "disappointed customer" in 2009. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!! I called this agency to find flights to Australia. I decided to buy the tickets from a different source as i was getting a better deal. The lady called me back regarding the tickets and when i thanked her for her services, LADY CALLED ME A BITCH!!!!!! GREAT SERVICE.. I will NEVER use this company again
