I have purchased a house built by Australasian Homes and based off a water issue that's causing major damage, and the previous owners did nothing to fix it, i am now left trying to piece it all together, and pay the hefty invoices. I have had a private roof plumber out to assess, and they have finally concluded to "Major building defect" after resealing the windows. I have built a house (Investment Property) in Hervey Bay with Australasian Homes. From my side everything was handled professionally. Melissa and Richard from Australasian Homes have been very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my property and during construction all inspection reports came back with a limited number of issues to fix. I am looking forward to maybe one day moving into my house rather renting it out! Thank you!
They are a crappy build company who don’t care about the errors they have made in the build. Tried to contact them about issues that have with building which was still clearly under warranty. They are useless
