I had a 3pm consultation. I need a prescription re-written and no other service. I arrived at 3:06 to be told by reception that Dr.Chan is on the phone and will be cancelling my appt as there is a "5-minute late cancellation policy"? This seems very odd seeing how we only need 5mins to refill my script at a $100 non-claimable premium. There's no opportunity to even speak to Dr.Chan directly, all is conveyed by his receptionist. Dr Chan was honest and explained what his concerns were and what I need to do to get better. I felt respected as he is a provider that didn’t act rushed and he was really there to listen to my concerns and worries. He answered all my questions, and explored alternative explanations for why I’m experiencing a health problem. I highly recommend if you have hair loss problems.
Well its been a year since Dr Chan did my transplant and wow I'm really really happy with the results. Dr Chan is perfectionist meticulous and true master of this craft and it is a craft. I felt super comfortable with him. I highly recommend Dr Chan 👌 👍.

Be prepared to be rescheduled as there’s little leniency (or understanding) unless you turn up strictly on time. It left me with the perception that his time was more valuable than yours. Note that I amended this 1-star review after Dr.Chan felt the need to spend 6 to 7 minutes (approx.) of his valuable time to call and deliver a monologue as to why my review was unfair and/or inaccurate.
