This business is on another level!!! The service and quality is outstanding. The business owner has created a positive work culture and the professionalism is above and beyond. My car looks brand new and they realised my electric windows didn’t work and fixed them. GIO used to be an amazing insurance company and they were condescending this time. Freak hail storm in the Hunter about a year back. Bingle insurance referred me to Ahn, and they pointed me to a subby at Soper Smash Telarah (a pop up shop). The quailty of the work on the roof is dreadful. It gets worse month by month. Have attached 2 pre repair & 2 post repair pics about 9 months apart, as pictures describe the work best. Now in Sydney, I went past a beater I know, as I thought it may have been bad weather post repair. My very new car was repaired at Kirrawee for severe hail damage through my insurance and I'm very impressed and happy with the way it was repaired. I knew my car was in good hands once I visited the workshop and spoke with Grant. My special thanks to him for addressing all my concerns and returning my car as good as new. I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service and exceptional repair work.
