Happy to charge you $160 hr labour whilst wasting the customers time is AOK Got my car back with the work incomplete, no Appologies and $1000 basic service with no list of work completed. I’d go elsewhere if I were you. I certainly am from now on.
I’ve been having my 11 year old VW Transporter campervan serviced at Austral since brand new and I have been seriously impressed with the quality and responsiveness of their service division. The commercial service team know their product and they’ve sorted out a couple of small but complex problems on my van in a really thoughtful and professional way. Good customer service in the morning when I arrived. I was informed of any additional car service needs which were all optional. My car was serviced before 5pm on the same day.
I had to get my Cupra Born fixed for a recall and unfortunately decided to have it done here. Big mistake. Very poor service. Didn't charge the battery. Had to take it twice because they were organized. The log book service was expensive for what they did. No loan cars.
