Left 3 messages and still haven’t bothered to call me back. Terrible lack of service
Shouldn't tell customers timeframes you cant meet. Makes you look like a bunch of amateurs.
Can't recommend the pre pay services . If you don't use it you loose it , scenario.
Dropped car in for service 8:30, told it would be ready by 12, but they had not even started by 12. Was then told it would only be 20 minutes… so my $800+ service would only take under 20 minutes?? Left without getting the service after it being there for nearly 4 hours, no apology, no explanation.
