how has the experience here gotten so bad? been taking my Golf here for 10 years and in the last 18 months it has gone so far down the toilet its not even funny. I just called to find out when my next service was due, lady put me on hold for four times to 'check' and then hung up on me.

This was going to be a three, but I felt the customer service experience let the team down. It's not the people so much as the system. Left standing in the cold while they check your car over and sort out the loan vehicle. It would have been nice to be asked to go inside the lounge and wait, and then call me when ready. I was asked repeatedly for my name and address when they had my drivers license in hand and could copy it from that. They still have the wrong details on my file, despite my giving them when booking over the ... read more
