I had to bring my car in for a recall. If a problem was found, they would need the car for a number of days. 3 months ago I booked the date and booked a loan car. No problem they said. 2 weeks ago I rang to confirm loan car. Sorry, no record. I insisted on a loan car. Okay. No problem they said. I dropped my car in today. No record of a loan car and none available. They tried to blame the persons I spoke to, but I feel that the policy is no loan car. Don't trust them. - especially if you must have a car.

I’d been chasing a particular part and had already called two other VW dealerships without any luck. Austral VW was my third call. I explained my situation to Tim R in the Parts Team and mentioned that I live more than two hours away. Thankfully, the part was in stock, and Tim went completely out of his way to help get it to me.
