Not a great experience for me. Called them and requested for a quote. Told me to send the documents on 16th Nov. . I then filled the forms and sent it back to them on 17th nov. 21st Nov emailed to ask about an update. 22nd Nov got reply from them that they are still waiting. Till now no further response from them as at 1st December. The representative was Angela. Asked another broker for the same insurance he did with the same provider and finalise everything in 2 business days . Just wasted my 14 days waiting there.
