Hello, I refer to my complaint dated 29th January 2024. This still remains unanswered and unresolved and in the meantime my tires are being "shredded", because of a couldn't care less policy by Austral Motors & Volkswagen. Please be advised I will be taking the matter up with consumer affairs in the not too distant future if this situation is not resolved shortly.

Highly recommend !! I was in the market for 2006 model Toyota Prado for my son-in-law I called Austral motors and spoke to Lee Reynolds Lee gave me a honest description of the car and made the sales process very easy I had a couple of questions and required some after sales service Lee was prompted to call me back and everything worked out perfect I got a really good car at a great price Definitely would recommend Lee and his team
