Very good environent with friendly staff. Prompt service. Food was quiet enjoyable.
Had dinner here both nights whilst in town and was pleased to find they would cater for my Coeliac self (GF) with no trouble at all. We found the staff very friendly.

Fantastic Evening at the Austral Hotel! Had a great time dining at the Austral Hotel. Beautiful spot. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive.The ambiance was perfect for catching up with friends — spacious, stylish with just the right amount of buzz. Food was great, pricing fair and the service was spot-on. Perfect atmosphere for a relaxed night out. Love it.😊
To preface, I have been to the Austral several times and previously found it fine so this review covers a situation that is hopefully not a common occurrence. Sadly, despite an Austral staff member making the error of charging twice for an item, they rudely treated my partner and her colleague terribly, making it difficult to have the matter resolved.
