Following my service last year, I was told my battery was at 64% health. After this year's service, I was told it had deteriorated to 32% health and would need replacing. Due to the poor customer service I received, I took my car elsewhere to replace the battery. Imagine my surprise being told my battery was at 100% health. When I queried the dealership about this significant discrepancy, I was told the Service Manager would contact me. Hot mess of an operation. Go literally anywhere else, I’d suggest Ultra Tune Bowen Hills or Jax. Only came to the dealership since I was dealing with a product recall. And before the automatic response answers below, these issues have been discussed at multiple levels of the organisation over many weeks and the remedy offered was quite poor (including “$5 off” already an already overinflated price).

not bad, but expensive I paid my tin tin Windows films for the recall policy in 2024，but the center did not claim money back yet as their promise.

Honda CRV fuel pump recall. Vehicle was working perfectly well prior, but had the pump replaced as a safety precaution. When my wife collected the vehicle it's stank of fuel and she was informed that it would bed in over time. When months later the car reeks of petrol inside and out to the point where you think it would explode if it came in contact with the source of ignition.
