I took my Honda Civic in for service in early August. I don’t usually want to leave a negative review, but a series of issues forced me to write this. 1. At the service, I was told my tyres needed replacement – fine, but at the very least the tyre pressure should have been set correctly. It wasn’t. Gotta be the absolute worst customer service. Impossible to reach them as there phone just goes straight to voicemail??? After weeks of trying when you do get through to reception it’s always the same run around saying it’ll be there in the next few days and they’ll phone you back (which they never do). Just give me my fuel pump so I can go to a competent dealer to have it replaced.

The WORST customer service in the service department. I ordered a fuel pump per a recall back in April and am still waiting for them to confirm if they have received it or not. Meanwhile the Sunshine Coast location says it doesn’t have any problem receiving those parts. I have been trying to phone Honda Australia Newstead for months now and only get pushed through to a voicemail service and never receive any communication back. BEYOND frustrating! Go elsewhere if you can. I wouldn’t bother with this lot.

I’ve been waiting over three months for the fuel pump recall service. I couldn’t book over the phone because the call kept dropping when being transferred, so I had to visit the store in person. I gave them my registration and confirmed my phone number, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Very disappointing communication and customer service — especially for a safety recall.
