Not a single person can work out where to obtain a honda service logbook from. Imagine that.
Disappointing about no cleaning and no snacks or coffee offered, though did realise they have the latter facilities behind the desk. The service was ok. Courtesy car was nice. The staff were nice, though some were new with minimal knowledge.
Service dept - Terrible communication - don’t answer phone - dont call back - don’t return car within timeframe agreed- locked into Honda servicing but almost impossible to book car in due to lack of answering the phone- so frustrating.
Useless. They were a few years ago, they still are it seems. Can never get through to them, get quoted for wrong repairs. Find a local backyard mechanic, better service and value.
