What a dreadful experience with Austral Honda. Booked in 2 weeks ago on their recall notice for a faulty fuel pump. Received 2 appointment confirmations and this morning when I arrived was told, "Sorry, we can't help you today. We're too busy and we've run out of parts". I wouldn't have minded if I'd been rescheduled yesterday, but I did take a day off work and drove over, wasting my valuable time. I'll never set foot in that dealership again.

Quite a slick operation. Lots of cars but seems to work quite quickly. Mitch and the team are great to work with.
Don’t bother booking your service online with Austral Honda. They won’t pick up the phone when you try to call and then when you turn up, they will say they tried to call to say they couldn’t do the time you chose. There was no missed call on my phone for a 4 hour window on the day and time they supposedly rang. Honesty would have been a better path.
