Fantastic service from Austral Air right before Christmas which really got us out of trouble. I highly recommend this company.
One of your worker door dinged my new car. Got it all recorded. No apologies, no nothing.
Austral Air installed Fujitsu aircon in my apartment, after 2 years, the aircon is not working due to lack of refrigerant (gas leak). They claimed the warranty is only for one year while the unit itself has 5 years warranty. Poor workmanship.
