The administrative staff are very lazy. Secondly the facility doctor wouldn't restart my IV nutrition and she has not spoke to me about it. Its something I need to thrive because my condition affects my eating. Asked to speak to the doctor administrator and no one would speak to me.
I just called to see if a lady I was helping was still a patient there. I talked to two different people, both said, "I don't know if she's still here." Seriously, it's not that big of a building, walk around the hall and see if you see the name on a door. since you obviously do not have the technology to type the name into a computer in front of you. The only reason I called first, instead of just going there, is because once a person is inside the building they are locked in and have to search for staff to let them out.
