I can’t sing Austintatious’ praise enough. I recently purchased a home with motorized blinds and the main one in my bedroom (which faced the front of the house) ended up with a drained battery and stuck in the open position. The previous owners did not leave the charger which sent me on a wild good chase of calling/emailing the manufacturer and various local authorized dealers. We have worked with Lacey three different times over the past 2 years. She is wonderful : patient, a good listener regarding our needs, and creative in the options she presented. Very friendly and personable too. We are thrilled with our newest woven shades! They transformed a game room ( with 8 windows) are well worth the investment. Chris was efficient and skilled during the installation. Austintatious runs a very customer-friendly business that is professional and attentive. I am so happy I found them.
I worked with Miranda, Tracey and John, "The Man with The Plan." I ordered 12 windows and two doors to replace old shades from the previous owner. The widow shades were the double motor, outer reed shade and inner sunblock shade. Tracey help update me on current shade technology and assisted with color choice. Tracey also went above and beyond by repair several of my plantation shutters, not an easy task. John spent time showing me how to use the app to set shade timers (open/close) as well as how to recharge the batteries. ... read more
