Absolutely thrilled with the service, advice and workmanship of Tim at Austint/Sola Guard Efficient, excellent advice and a brilliant final result, and I was really pleasantly surprised at the cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Austint Ballarat to anyone. I'll definitely be back as a customer with any future car and will also look into having some of my home windows treated as well. Terrible service and advice, did a really bad job tinting 2 windows on my car and tried to pass it off as ok, the tint was also milky and looked terrible, then they refused to replace our repair it, never again i wouldn't recommend these useless idiots to anyone.
Tim and team did a great job on both my house and car. I’m fussy and was super happy. Always friendly and was willing to sit down and make sure I was informed and happy (rare).
A week or two in the tint is looking good. Tim was flexible and friendly on pickup and completion times. Recommended!
Huge shoutout to Tim, Great customer service and literally saved my life. Got the tint done a week before making a trip something flew off a truck shattered the drivers window and the only thing that stopped it from entering the cab was the tint keeping the window in place. Couldn't thankyou enough and will get the tint replaced there.
