I've had over a dozen vehicles in my life, and there's no better shop I've found than Austin's Tire & Auto! They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest, honest, and honest! John and David go the extra mile to save me money, and their prices are very reasonable. They've even talked to me about some customizations for my vehicles. I wouldn't trust any other shop with my vehicles. Way to go, guys!
I had an issue with a previous repair done by a shop that was a member of a national warranty network. They tried to sell me some nonsense about bogus warranty conditions when I requested warranty repair. Another shop claimed they couldn't diagnose the problem. Although I'd never been there before Ronnie Austin got me scheduled for a diagnostic test, identified the problem quickly, and put me on the schedule for a repair that was accomplished as promised. I have been going to Austin’s for years for everything from simple fixes, inspections, oil changes to bigger things. We recently had some flood damage to our vehicle which hydro locked our engine on our van that we had bought less than a year ago! I contacted our insurance company and was devastated to learn that it would probably be a total loss by the adjuster.
